1. Who we are Growth Method (“we”, “us”, or “our”) provides a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to help marketing and growth teams plan, manage, and measure their work. Accepting these terms
By creating an account or signing in to Growth Method, you and any entity that you represent are unconditionally consenting to be bound by and are becoming a party to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. Your continued use of the software or any licensed materials provided by Growth Method Limited, trading as Growth Method (“Growth Method”) shall also constitute assent to the terms of this agreement. If you are executing this agreement on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so. We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we’ll let you know by email or in-app notice.3. Using Growth Method
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Growth Method.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You agree not to misuse the platform (for example, by attempting to hack, overload, or reverse-engineer it).
- You retain ownership of all content and data you upload, but you grant us a licence to use, store, and process it as needed to provide the service.
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the platform in a way that causes harm to us or others.
4. Payments and subscriptions
If your account is part of a paid plan:- Fees are charged in accordance with your subscription plan.
- Unless otherwise stated, all fees are in GBP and exclude VAT.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel anytime via your account settings; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds except where required by law.
5. Service availability and support
We aim to provide reliable access but can’t guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to suspend the service for maintenance or upgrades. Growth Method will provide a reasonable support as set out on the ‘Pricing’ page, for the support plan selected and paid for by Customer. Growth Method will use reasonable commercial efforts to respond to support questions by email. The number of support questions is not limited. Support is available via [email protected] or within the app.6. Data protection and privacy
Your privacy matters. Our handling of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy below.We act as a data controller for account information and as a data processor for data you upload to your workspace.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the platform, including software, design, and trademarks, belongs to Growth Method. You may use the platform only as permitted by these terms.8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law:- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits or data).
- Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
9. Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms. After termination, your access will stop and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.10. Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.Privacy Policy

- Communicate updates, support, and service notices
- Improve our platform and develop new features

3. Sharing your data
We may share data with:- Our trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, analytics, payment processors)

- Other users within your organisation, as part of normal platform functionality
4. Data storage and security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Data may be stored or processed outside the UK or EEA, but always under appropriate safeguards (such as UK adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses).5. How long we keep your data
We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. After deletion, backups may persist for a limited time for disaster recovery.6. Your rights
