1 Team goal
Your active team goal. This is the business focused goal set by your team manager and typically remains unchanged for at least 6 months. Once set, all campaigns must be aligned with achieving this goal.
Previous team goals include:
- Generate 100 demo bookings per month in the next 6 months
- Achieve 100 trial signups per day within 12 months
- Reach 50,000 email subscribers in the next 6 months

2 Goal progress & forecast
It should be measurable. We’ll require connectivity to your source of truth for this metric (GA4, PostHog, Salesforce, HubSpot etc) and will track it daily.
The linear forecast shows where you are now and where you want to get to. Data is aggregated to month data, for both the actual and forecast lines. Datapoint labels are added to each data point.
Note: the first point of the forecast is generated from the last months query data (i.e. last 28 days) and starts at the last known full month. The Y-axis auto-adjusts to make the graph fit neatly and display your data more clearly.
