These are the main stages of a campaign in Growth Method are as follows:
Idea (Unscored) → Idea (Scored) → Building → Live → Analysing → Complete
You can then of the idea stages as your campaign backlog. The campaign starts when it enters the Building stage. It is best practise to complete a campaign from build to campaign completion within 6 weeks.

Idea (Unscored)

The purpose of the idea stage is to guide you through defining your assumptions and outlining the expected results from your campaign, ensuring it remains inline with your team objective. Our hypothesis builder guides you through this process following best practises from the fields of growth, CRO and experimentation.

Idea (Scored)

The campaign idea is scored automatically using our AI scoring algorithm. For more information see our guide to scoring.

Build (1 week)

This is where your campaign idea transforms from an idea into an actionable experiments. Whilst the majority of the work here will be done outside of Growth Method, details of the work that has been done should be recorded here for your team. Inline with agile best practises sthis stage should take no more than 7 days.

Live (4 weeks)

Once built the campaign is moved live. By default campaigns remain in live for 4 weeks (28 days). Campaigns are moved to analyising and notifications sent to members automatically after 28 days.

Analysing (1 week)

Campaign is in the analysing stage where data is gathered, analysis is completed. This should take no more than 7 days.

Complete

Once analysis has been completed the campaign can be moved to the complete stage, and all team members will be notified.
