We believe effective marketing teams operate on transparency, so you will not find complex roles and permissions functionality in Growth Method. A goal of the application is transparency, hence there isn’t a lot of need for permissions and restrictions.

Roles

There are 2 roles in Growth Method:
  1. Team Manager
  2. Team Member
The only difference between managers and members is that managers can make changes to team settings (https://app.growthmethod.com/settings/general) whereas members have only read-only access to this area.

Team ManagerFor the team manager including setting team goals and adding new users. A team manager is typically the marketing team manager or director.Read/write access to all areas of the application, with the exception of read-only access to team settings.
Team MemberFor all other members of your team. This is the standard/default role for all new users. A team member is typically a member of the marketing or growth team.Read/write access to all areas of the application, including read/write access to team settings.

Subscribers

Subscribers are a unique role within Growth Method that enable you to share marketing team campaign reports and details with internal and external stakehoders. For more information see the dedicated subscribers guide.

Deleting users

Users can be members of multiple teams and switch between them, for example, the manager of a marketing agency can be a user on multiple client accounts. As a result, to reduce the risk of errors currently users can only be deleted by contacting [email protected].
